A comprehensive one-stop renovation project at Sunway Belfield Residence, where we transformed the living space into a warm and contemporary home with a touch of modern minimalist elegance. Combining natural wood textures, ambient lighting, and functional design, every detail was carefully executed to create a comfortable and sophisticated living environment.

1) Design Concept: Embraced a warm contemporary minimalist concept, incorporating natural wood finishes, clean lines, neutral tones, and subtle lighting to create a timeless and inviting atmosphere throughout the residence.

2) Refurbishment: Carried out comprehensive renovation and refurbishment works to enhance the overall layout, functionality, and aesthetics of the home, ensuring a seamless transformation from concept to completion.

3) Electrical Work: Installed modern electrical fittings, recessed downlights, concealed LED strip lighting, and ambient illumination to enhance both functionality and the overall interior atmosphere.

4) Plaster Ceilings: Constructed clean and modern plaster ceiling finishes, incorporating recessed lighting and concealed LED features to complement the minimalist interior design.

5) Flooring: Completed flooring works with warm wood-inspired finishes, creating a natural and cohesive appearance that complements the overall interior theme.

6) Painting: Applied carefully selected neutral and warm colour tones to create a bright, calming, and harmonious living environment while enhancing the natural timber elements.

7) Carpentry: Designed and installed custom-built cabinetry and furniture, including wardrobes, illuminated display cabinets, kitchen cabinets, dressing tables, storage units, and feature panels. Each element was crafted to maximise space efficiency while maintaining a refined and consistent aesthetic.
