To propose and develop creative design ideas, concept and solutions according to client’s requirements.
To develop design sketches, 2D and 3D Drawings.
Attend meeting / site visit and liaising with clients.
Liaising with sales person or suppliers who involved in the project.
Meeting with clients and other tradespeople such as architects or builders to discuss the needs of the client.
Able to communicate with client requirement and good presentation skill on idea conceptual.
Able to handle project independently from project design conceptualization / development until completion.
Able to work in independently with good planning and organization skills.
To resolve design technical issue for project team.
Any other assigned role & responsibility as of and when required or needed by Superior.

Full-time employment.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent discipline.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
Preferably candidates with at least 5 years of working experience in related fields.
Required Skill(s): Ms Office, Ms Powerpoint, AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, 3D-Max, Adobe Illustrator.
Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role required candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
Possess own transport.
Team player with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
Good time management and goal oriented.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment and time pressure to meet deadlines and objectives.
Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
