Job Description

  • Good understanding and interpretation of Conditions of Contract.
  • Assist in execution of Contract Document and prepare contractual correspondences writing.
  • Source, negotiate and procure trade packages in compliance with requirement and time schedule.
  • Prepare, maintain and management of tender documents comprises of BOQ, tender clarifications and unit prices, etc.
  • Initiate, assist and lead in contractual and Variation management and documentation.
  • Assist in setting up and updating of projects budget on monthly basis.
  • Monitor and manage progress claim submission, payment response and finalize project account.
  • Measure quantities from drawings.
  • Prepare proposal and quotation to customer.
  • Prepare tender documents to subcontractor/vendor for quotations.
  • Manage tender administration and oversee project works.
  • Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
  • Project administration and documentation including preparation of intern evaluation, pricing and agreement of contract variations, update claim submissions, preparation of final accounts.
  • Preparation of monthly progress claims to customer.
  • Prepare / verification / upkeep of project variation work and site instructions.
  • Any other assigned role & responsibility as of and when required or needed by Superior.

Qualification / Requirements

  • Full-time employment.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey/ Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent discipline.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
  • Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of working experience.
  • Completed at least one project account finalization.
  • An eye to capture critical details and items in understanding drawing convention against BQ.
  • Demonstrated success in handling and finalizing projects.
  • Demonstrated good letter writing skills in respect of contract prop vision and external communication.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role required candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Team player with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good time management and goal oriented.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment and time pressure to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
