Property Management Executive

Job Description

  • Responsible to the property handover work, pre-handover inspection and handover entire processes and procedures including registration for owner, assign parking lot, collection of maintenance and miscellaneous fees, etc.
  • Attend to owners’ and tenants’ inquires and feedback.
  • Assist to the owners and tenants and resolve their problems, complaints, report and follow up with project team on rectification of defects.
  • Correspondence to owners for any property related matters.
  • Assist in overseeing the day to day the property operational matters.
  • Build a good rapport with owners in order to deliver efficient management services.
  • Promptly attend to any emergencies matter and report to Superior / Manager.
  • Coordinate with the outsource service providers (cleaning, laundry, etc.)
  • Any other assigned role & responsibility as of and when required or needed by Superior.

Qualification / Requirements

  • Full-time employment.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management / Building and Property Management / Real Estate Management or equivalent discipline.
  • Good communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
  • Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Team player with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good time management and goal oriented.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment and time pressure to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
