Job Description

  • Assist in recruitment activities including scheduling interview, preparing of letter of offer, and confirmation letter.
  • Handle the staff exit process including conducting exit interview.
  • Assist in areas of employee relations, employee confirmation, training and development, data management and reporting/analysis, etc.
  • Prepare report and recommendation for training improvement programs.
  • Liaison with relevant external training providers.
  • Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Assist in training related job (provide adminstrative support for training arrangement matters)
  • Any other assigned role & responsibility as of and when required or needed by Superior.

Qualification / Requirements

  • Full-time employment.
  • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent discipline.
  • Good communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
  • Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Team player with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Required Skill(s): Ms Office, Ms Powerpoint
