Job Description
- To find potential clients and deal the sales and achieve sales target.
- To communicate with interior designer and customers.
- Responsible in payment collection.
- Manage good relationship with customers.
- Experience in managing projects and follow-up on work progress efficiently and effectively.
- Any other assigned role & responsibility as of and when required or needed by Superior.
Qualification / Requirements:
- Full-time employment.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advance/Higher Graduate Diploma, Bachelors’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent discipline.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- Required Skill(s): Ms Office, Ms Powerpoint
- Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role required candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
- Possess own transport.
- Strong sales acumen with leadership qualities and has good sales experience or business experience.
- Strong network within the construction industry with experience working with developers, architects and interior design companies.
- Team player with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good time management and goal oriented.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment and time pressure to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
