Job Description
- Assist in recruitment activities including scheduling interview, preparing of letter of offer, and confirmation letter.
- Handle the staff exit process including conducting exit interview.
- Assist in areas of employee relations, employee confirmation, training and development, data management and reporting/analysis, etc.
- Prepare report and recommendation for training improvement programs.
- Liaison with relevant external training providers.
- Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
- Assist in training related job (provide adminstrative support for training arrangement matters)
- Any other assigned role & responsibility as of and when required or needed by Superior.
Qualification / Requirements
- Full-time employment.
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent discipline.
- Good communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
- Preferably candidates with at least 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Team player with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required Skill(s): Ms Office, Ms Powerpoint
